When I join a Cause Community, why does the email with my confirmation code say “Join Bridgely” even though I'm already on the app?

Most people who receive that message are joining both Bridgely and a Cause Community for the first time. If you were already on Bridgely, this can be confusing, but it typically means you joined another Cause Community.
