You can cancel your sponsorship at any time by contacting OneChild. Once your cancellation is processed, your sponsorship will be closed, and if you had automatic withdrawals set up, these will also be stopped. You may still receive communications generated in the three weeks prior to your cancellation being processed. OneChild appreciates feedback on how they could have served you better and may offer alternatives to cancellation, such as pausing payments, lowering the sponsorship rate, or adjusting the number of sponsorships. If you cancel, OneChild expresses gratitude for your support and hopes you might consider sponsoring again in the future or supporting their work through other giving options.
